General Description

All AIS systems are supported by AIS Privilege subsystem that manages users' access to the company's applications and programs. Application and program information, company data, users and group of users data, programs and activities data used by each company, all are registered into AIS Privilege system. Every user has his own personal user name and password, which is specified via the system in question. The system is capable to support many companies providing at the same time different access types for each user depending on company identification code.

Furthermore, AIS-Privilege system defines user access, the subsystem's option to be accessed as well as the kind of access. There are four type of access:

• data reading
  
• data entry
  
• data modification
  
• data deletion

Consequently, the system's Administrator can grant or revoke access on subsystem's options, even on a subsystem as a whole. The system in question is considered to be a necessary tool for the security of all subsystems used by the Bank.
