General Description

AIS Money Orders system is a monitoring system aiming at the money transfer between the bank's branches as well as at their inter-communication improvement.

The application can:

• Issue, transfer, block and pay money orders
• Issue, transfer and answer on requirements for information asked by other bank branches.
• Exchange simple messages between bank branches.

Via the application the procedures of money orders issuing, transfer and payment become automated. The application supports customer services improvement since it enables order transfer via the bank's Intranet and provides immediate customer's information.

Via automated codification and encryption of the orders' basic data the application's security is enhanced.

For the customer's best service the system provides him with the ability to change the payment bank branch to the one of his preference at any specific time.

Automation and security processes provided trough the application releases bank branch Officers (either Director or Assistant Director) from the key-code issuing process.

The application's main display notifies the user of the incoming orders and messages via an automated process that updates pending orders on a few minutes basis.

The system is capable to accept orders executed via the back office procedure in case of a potential system disorder. In that case, data matching between the involved branches is deemed obligatory.
