General Description

The aim of AIS MF On Line system is the modernization of banking operations, thus it deals with the computerization of the process referring to the recording and electronic transfer of all subscription applications realized within the Bank's branches into MFMC's existing computing system.

The system focuses on the subscription applications' forwarding from the bank's branches to ΑΕΔΑΚ and on their immediate exploitation by MFMC's computing system.

The system is capable of updating the Beneficiary with data relevant to his portfolio today being available only by MFMC.

Moreover, during the day, MFMC Investment department has the capability to monitor the amount of subscriptions, thus allowing the immediate investment of the incoming amount.

The suggested system is of Client / Server architecture and will use the Bank's Intranet for the communication between the workstations and the system's Server which will be connected to MFMC's Server in order for their bidirectional communication on an asynchronous basis.

More specifically, the system will provide the Server with MFMC's processed data on a nightly basis. Such data may be:

• Existing clients data modifications
• New Clients
• Existing Registries data modifications
• Νew Registries
• Current M/F prices
• Vendors data modifications
• New Vendors

Reverse data feeding will be realized at the Bank's balancing the cash. Data loaded into MFMC's system by AIS - MF On Line system is:

• New Customers to be accepted
• New Registries to be accepted
• New Subscription Applications
• New Subscription Applications with of pre-agreed redemption
• Customers data modification applications

In addition, MFMC can modify the system's parameters: subscription commission tiers, customers categories, etc.
