The Company allows for six (6) Divisions bearing the following responsibilities:

Strategy & Coordination Division: it provides the rest of the Divisions with high level of management and coordination while, in addition, it is responsible for the Business Plan, the Quality Assurance and the Partners Relationship Management.

Research & Development Division: it is responsible for the software products planning, development and support.

Project Management & Studies Division: it is responsible for the activities study, planning and accomplishment (either within the company or on behalf of the clients) in the form of Projects.

Marketing/Sales Division: it coordinates and directs the company's contacts with its clients, and accepts orders. In addition, the division bears responsibility for the effectiveness of the company's products/services promotion.

Training Division: it will plan, organize, implement, coordinate and supervise training programs directed to the staff and clients of the Company.

H&R and Financial Administration Division: it will plan, organize, implement, and coordinate issues related to the staff and the financial administration of the Company.
